SMS Terms and Conditions

Program name. Prism Wealth Partners SMS Program. 

Program description. Prism Wealth Partners, LLC ("Prism Wealth Partners," "we," "us," or "our") offers a text message program to individuals who have affirmatively opted in. Participants may receive appointment confirmations and reminders, event and workshop invitations and confirmations, general firm updates, educational information about financial planning topics, and responses to inquiries you send us. 

Consent. By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Prism Wealth Partners, LLC at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any advisory service. You may participate in any service we offer without agreeing to receive text messages. 

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. 

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Prism Wealth Partners does not charge for participation in this program. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply. Contact your carrier for details on your plan. 

Opting out. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also withdraw consent by any other reasonable means, including by calling us at 228.215.6672, emailing us at info@prismplanners.com, or telling any Prism Wealth Partners representative in person or by telephone. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt back in.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

Supported carriers. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or in all locations. 

Eligibility. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide. You agree to notify us promptly if you relinquish, transfer, or change that number. 

Changes. We may modify or discontinue this program, or these terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. 

Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
